Well, time past and things change. In the old days, men dominated/controlled many aspects of society and women had basically no rights. But now, women and men have equal amount of rights. And now, more women want to work instead getting married and have a family. And it is also quite interesting to see this quote

Women are willing to pay a higher price for marriage than men if they have few alternatives, as when their opportunities for economic independence are restricted. An increase in the supply of women who want to marry drives the price of marriage down for men.
Society constantly change, and again women do not want to get married (probably because the opportunity cost, it might explain a lot of aspects).But to be honest, there is a saying " The more things change, the more they stay the same", these women may eventually find a partner as they get a bit older, because it may get boring when you are alone in older age :) For now, all we can do is to adapt according to those changes.
